Да служиш на хората, в името на доброто, е единствения начин да бъдеш жив. Думи, като "живот" и "живея", не означават просто "изминалите години". Всички сме гости на този свят и се надявам след време да бъда поканен отново, но този път ... в спомените на хората.


The leading beam of light in my stormy life is: To serve people, in the name of the good, is the only way to live. Words as "life" and "live" do not mean just "years". We are only guests in this world and I hope that I will be invited again,...this time in poeple's memory.


Ведущий луч света в моей бурной жизни есть: служить людей, в имени добро, является единственным способом жить. Слова как "жизнь" и "живой" не означают только "годы". Все мы только гости в этом мире, и я надеюсь, что я буду приглашен снова... на той раз в памяти людей.


Der führend Strahl des Lichtes in meinem stürmischen Leben ist: der Leute zu dienen, im Namen ist gut, ist der einzigen Weise, zu leben. Die Wörter wie das "Leben" und "lebend" bedeuten nur die "Jahre" nicht. Alle wir zu Besuch sei in dieser Welt nur, und ich hoffe, daß werde ich wieder eingeladen sein... Darauf des Males in das Speicher der Leute.

I have done various things to help promote, develop, adopt and Localize Moodle, LAMS, WeLOAD and ExE:





  • Take part in and lead Bulgarian Moodle.


  • Be a facilitator of the Learning Design Research Group


  • Provide support for Bulgarian organizations to deploy Moodle.


  • Localize Moodle, LAMS and WeLOAD for Bulgarian.




Note: I'm on leave to research at the USA and UK. So I don't have any slots of time to support the Bulgarian Moodle Community any longer. Hopefully, I'll be back very soon.


The purpose of the Free Knowledge project is to create an innovative Open Source Learning Process Modelling and Management System (LPM&MS) with workflow elements SCORM using ASP.Net , C#.NET and MS SQL Serv 2000.


BEST.NET is a fully functional LPM&MS with support for educational institutions networks, file sharing, distribution of lectures (SCORM packages), and other supporting features. It is a good tool for distributing lecture notes to groups of students in virtual university campuses, and for faciliating collaboration for groups of students and educators. This software provides a .NET LMS / CMS framework for content publication and event based process management to create Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) and Knowledge Management Repositories and portals.


This software provides a .NET framework for content publication (SCORM, IMS, XML time-tables) to create virtual classrooms.It can work alone and can also work with the other software LMS packages. The learning contetnt is compatible, mobile and reusable. WCAG II is supported for accessibility. Pages can be organized in a multi-language tree and every page can be optimized for search engine optimization. This interactive .NET platform is a flexible, open source, online learning and community management environment (VLE). It can be used as a full intranet/portal as well as an online community environment or edu-portal hub for educational institutions network. Features include a user-centred interface that works on most browsers, and powerful, feature-rich, interactive dotnetSCORM content and multimedia components for creating new and dynamic online experiences. Bulgarian Educational Sine on .NET technological platform comes out of the box with a comprehensive set of features and capabilities; a fast, powerful, standards-based, user-friendly SCORM manifest editor that enables you to easily create complex SCORM content that can operate with any compliant LMS.The LPM&MS is going to be a free web based environment that incorporates LMS (learning management system), CMS (content management system), Student Management System (SMS), Test Constructor, Edu-Flow Management System and Presentation Engine (All Mass Media [AMM]). I hope to do an initial release within the next two months.


BEST.NET is Moodle like software but written on ASP.NET C#, with modular object-oriented architecture that are freely available in http://sourceforge.net [name of the project is FreeKnowledge]
